This interactive course equips participants with the mindset, skill sets, and AI toolsets necessary for AI Design Thinking Execution, enabling them to drive breakthrough business innovation. Grounded in a “learning‑by‑doing” approach, participants will engage in hands‑on, collaborative projects that tackle real business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

Each Design Thinking stage features AI‑enhanced demonstrations and exercises in virtual innovation spaces (Details), empowering participants to transform emerging opportunities into high‑value business solutions.

(3.2) Session Content

  • Session 1: Overview of AI-Design Thinking and Design Sprint Method
    • Understand the Four Stages of a Design Sprint: An overview of the structured process, including the Discover, Define, Develop, and Iterative Deliver stages.
    • Recognize the various AI technologies available for prototyping and user testing during the Deliver stage of the double diamond model.
    • Develop the Prototyping Strategies Using Risk Assumption Matrices, Learning Cards, and Testing Cards.
  • Session 2: Functional Prototyping for Validating Desirability
    • Develop prototypes that address user needs, preferences, and pain points to ensure desirability.
    • Use AI tools to generate visual designs and create user journey narratives to produce quick content prototypes.
    • Leverage sentiment analysis tools to evaluate user feedback and uncover emotional responses to prototypes.
  • Session 3: Interactional Prototyping for Validating Feasibility
    • Create prototypes that demonstrate functionality and test workflows for technical feasibility.
    • Leverage AR/VR tools to simulate complex interactions and AI tools to document workflows to enhance prototype interactivity.
    • Use innovation spaces for collaborative mapping and AI-driven performance analysis tools to identify bottlenecks.
  • Session 4: Call-to-Action Prototyping for Validating Viability
    • Align prototypes with business goals to ensure financial and operational sustainability.
    • Create prototypes that test user willingness to act (e.g., sign-ups, purchases, or commitments).
    • Utilize predictive analytics and social listening tools to assess market sentiment and refine new solutions.
