Course Title: From New Ideas to Validated Solutions: Leveraging AI in Prototyping to Deliver Desirable, Feasible, and Viable Innovations for High-Impact Results (1-Day Certificate Training Course)

Course Aims

As an innovation leader driving business growth, organizational change, and digital transformation, your ability to think strategically and act decisively can determine the success or failure of your initiatives. In a world where rapid innovation is the norm, prototyping has become an indispensable tool for testing ideas, validating assumptions, and refining solutions before committing to full-scale implementation.

The right prototyping tools and processes enable you to reduce risks, streamline decision-making, and align your vision with user needs and market demands. Whether you’re spearheading a market expansion initiative, redesigning customer experiences, or optimizing internal workflows, prototyping allows you to evaluate possibilities quickly, pivot when necessary, and ensure innovation delivers tangible results.

This course focused on helping you master AI-enhanced prototyping and user testing techniques of the Design Sprint Method, with an emphasis on validating solutions from the following three key dimensions.

  • Desirability: Does the solution meet user needs?
  • Feasibility: Is the solution technically achievable?
  • Viability: Is the solution economically sustainable?

With the application of AI, innovation project execution efficiency improves by 94% (Details), while user sentiment analysis accuracy reaches 90% (Details), delivering fast yet low-risk innovation results. Global leaders such as 3M, Citibank, Coca-Cola, HSBC, LEGO, and IKEA have already leveraged design sprints to revolutionize product design, achieving efficient growth and market advantages. This approach has also delivered breakthrough results in both international and local markets:

  • 3M: Successfully digitized traditional sticky notes, achieving disruptive product innovation and expanding application scenarios by 100 times.
  • A leading Hong Kong bank: Developed an innovative customer retention strategy, generating an additional HKD 3 billion in revenue. (Details)
  • The Indian government: Redesigned a national identity system covering 1 billion citizens, significantly improving efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • A Hong Kong community innovation project: Reduced a traditionally 26-week process to just 1 week, dramatically improving efficiency. (Details)
  • A Swiss international bank: Successfully penetrated the youth market, generating additional revenue of CHF 700 million (approximately HKD 5 billion).
  • The Palace Museum in China: Launched cultural and artistic products that achieved sales of RMB 300 million within just 10 days.

In this course, you will complete at least three rounds of prototyping and testing to ensure your solution is thoroughly validated from all angles. Additionally, the course integrates cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks to optimize the validation process, making the entire workflow faster, smarter, and more efficient.
