Part 1: How Classical Design Thinking Techniques tackle the above question

In the Define stage of the 6D Design Thinking Execution Model (shown above), the Sense‑Making – Clustering the Research Findings worksheet (shown below) serves as a reference tool to help teams organize large amounts of research into a few, meaningful themes. It does this by asking teams to define the challenge and a clustering pattern (e.g., needs, behaviors, segments, journey stages), then group related findings into labeled clusters and indicate their relative priority.

The worksheet is good but can be slow, subjective, and hard to repeat consistently, so the AI Agent can help teams rapidly cluster findings, test different patterns, and surface the themes that most clearly point to innovation opportunities.
Part 2: How AI Agents Complete 5 Critical Innovation Tasks in Minutes

- The AI agent takes raw research notes or an Evidence Wall export and automatically suggests several clustering patterns (e.g., by need type, emotion, context, or segment) that align with the stated challenge.
- It groups individual findings into provisional clusters for each pattern, generating short, human‑readable labels and draft “theme headlines” that summarize what is happening in each cluster.
- It quantifies each cluster using simple indicators (frequency, strength of evidence, commercial relevance, risk), helping teams prioritize which themes deserve deeper exploration.
- It highlights overlaps and redundancies across clusters and proposes merges or splits to sharpen themes, eliminate duplication, and improve communication.
- It produces a clear, exportable summary of 4–8 key themes, with supporting evidence links, providing teams with a concise bridge from raw research to opportunity framing.
Part 3: Why an AI Agent Matters – Efficiency & effectiveness gains

- First‑pass clustering drops from 1–2 hours to 3–5 minutes (over 95% time savings).
- AI enables teams to include ~90% more evidence in analyses without extra time, thereby improving insight quality.
- Clearer opportunity spaces reduce re‑interpretation later and focus resources on the highest‑impact themes.
Part 4: What Large Language Models (LLMs) Power the AI Agents

The core processing and document‑format creation of our AI Design Thinking Agents are powered by the latest generation of OpenAI GPT large language models, delivering enterprise‑grade reasoning, precision, and consistency across all analytical and narrative outputs.
Complementing this, Google Gemini Flash Image (Nano Banana) drives high‑quality visual and image generation, enabling rapid production of clear, executive‑ready canvases, blueprints, and illustrative assets that make complex innovation insights immediately understandable and action‑oriented.

Part 5: How AI Agents Operate in the Daily Workplace

To enable leaders to drive innovation across multilingual, cross‑border operations, the AI Agents are designed for seamless integration into everyday work. They operate in a truly always‑on model, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any location through computer devices. In addition, they natively understand and analyze 10 languages, including English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), Simplified Chinese (簡體中文), French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and Polish.
