Part 1: How Classical Design Thinking Techniques tackle the above question

In the Discover stage of the 6D Design Thinking Execution Model (shown above), the Stakeholder Map (shown below) serves as a reference tool to help teams visually identify all the people and groups who can influence, enable, or block a given innovation. It does this by placing the focal user at the center and mapping stakeholders into concentric circles based on their level of impact, interest, or proximity, thereby making hidden influencers and critical decision‑makers visible.

The map is good but can be time‑consuming and inconsistent in practice, so the AI Agent can help automate and structure many of these steps, turning fragmented stakeholder knowledge into a clearer, prioritized picture of who really matters.
Part 2: How AI Agents Complete 5 Critical Innovation Tasks in Minutes

- The AI agent scans project documents, org charts, and prior initiatives to propose an initial list of potential stakeholders, grouped by role (sponsors, users, partners, regulators, enablers, blockers).
- It classifies each stakeholder into inner, middle, or outer rings based on their likely power, interests, and proximity to the innovation, and suggests where they should sit on the Stakeholder Map.
- It highlights gaps and blind spots by comparing the current map with similar past projects, recommending additional stakeholders or segments that teams may have overlooked.
- It surfaces relationship risks and dependencies (e.g., conflicting incentives, overloaded decision‑makers) and annotates the map with brief risk or influence notes.
- It updates and re‑prioritizes the Stakeholder Map dynamically as new information becomes available, helping teams maintain an up‑to‑date view of who can make or break the innovation and how to engage them.
Part 3: Why an AI Agent Matters – Efficiency & effectiveness gains

- Mapping time falls from 1–2 hours to 5–10 minutes (over 90% time savings).
- Early identification of key players typically avoids at least one major rework cycle (a 1–2-week delay).
- Better‑planned engagement reduces escalations and resistance, enabling smoother, more predictable delivery.
Part 4: What Large Language Models (LLMs) Power the AI Agents

The core processing and document‑format creation of our AI Design Thinking Agents are powered by the latest generation of OpenAI GPT large language models, delivering enterprise‑grade reasoning, precision, and consistency across all analytical and narrative outputs.
Complementing this, Google Gemini Flash Image (Nano Banana) drives high‑quality visual and image generation, enabling rapid production of clear, executive‑ready canvases, blueprints, and illustrative assets that make complex innovation insights immediately understandable and action‑oriented.

Part 5: How AI Agents Operate in the Daily Workplace

To enable leaders to drive innovation across multilingual, cross‑border operations, the AI Agents are designed for seamless integration into everyday work. They operate in a truly always‑on model, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any location through computer devices. In addition, they natively understand and analyze 10 languages, including English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), Simplified Chinese (簡體中文), French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and Polish.
