What Data-Driven Design Thinking Matters?

Data-Driven Design thinking has spread worldwide after iconic digital enterprises (such as Apple, Airbnb, Amazon, BBVA, HSBC, JP Morgan Chase, Uber, and Google) created breakthrough business results. It uses data and an empathic understanding of end users to create meaningful experiences that enable clients to do what they do faster and better.

In addition, we deployed the Data-Driven Design Thinking method to help many enterprises to enhance their business performance in Hong Kong. For example, a bank improved its customer retention rate by up to double digits, an insurance company enhanced its closing rate by 124%, and a retail chain enhanced its customer satisfaction rate by up to 30%. Some of our successful digital transformation projects were published in the international journal and local academic casebooks.


How does Data-Driven Design Thinking work?

The approach typically aims for digital customer strategies by harnessing qualitative insights with quantitative prediction and a relentless focus on customer needs.

This program combines mini-lectures, case studies, tool practices, and a deep dive into the Know-How of Design Thinking methodology and Data Science. After the program, you will be able to
