In the rapidly changing world of work, career guidance and planning are more crucial than ever for students. Understanding how to navigate these changes and prepare for the future requires innovative, adaptable strategies. This course integrates Design Thinking into career guidance to equip educators, counselors, and career professionals with the tools needed to develop effective, empathetic career-planning services for students.

This program is designed to equip participants with a creative, systematic approach to solving complex career guidance challenges and to innovate in their career planning services using the Design Thinking methodology. Participants will engage in interactive sessions that demonstrate how to apply Design Thinking to create personalized, actionable career plans that meet students’ diverse needs.

At the same time, the program is designed to equip participants with concrete, AI-enhanced methods for planning and decision-making, so that reflection can be translated into realistic action. By working with 6 AI Agents on Innovation Spaces (shown as below), participants learn to co-create with key stakeholders, test and refine ideas, and develop clear roadmaps that increase personal fulfillment, resilience, and adaptability in a rapidly changing world.
