- Apply cross‑dimensional ideation techniques, supported by generative AI, to explore diverse solution directions across user experience, business model, process, data, and technology dimensions.
- Use AI‑enabled concept evaluation frameworks to rapidly simulate, test, and stress‑test ideas against desirability, feasibility, viability, and strategic distinctiveness.
- Adopt multi‑dimensional idea prioritization methods (e.g., AI‑assisted scoring matrices, impact‑effort and risk‑reward analysis) to identify, refine, and select the most promising concepts for further development.
- Session 4: Deliver Stage – Prototyping, Validation & Value Realization
- Use Service Blueprinting and AI‑assisted mapping tools to translate selected concepts into detailed, end‑to‑end blueprints that clearly articulate the desired user experience, frontstage and backstage processes, data flows, and enabling technologies.
- Leverage user feedback and operational inputs, visualized through instruments such as the ACES Analysis Map and AI‑driven feedback synthesis, to assess solution desirability, feasibility, and scalability.
- Iterate and strengthen solutions using AI to model business impact, identify risks, and refine value propositions, ensuring that final outcomes are practical, distinctive, and measurably value‑creating for the organization.
