Grounded in a “learning‑by‑doing” approach, participants will engage in hands‑on, collaborative projects that tackle real business challenges and deliver measurable impact.
Each Design Thinking stage features AI tool demonstrations and exercises in virtual innovation spaces (Details), empowering participants to transform emerging opportunities into high‑value business solutions.

- Session 1: (Discover Stage)
- Apply Stakeholder Value Management to accurately identify key stakeholders involved in the innovation and problem‑solving process.
- Combine design research supported by social‑listening technologies with empathy‑based field interviews to gain deep insights into comprehensive market needs.
- Session 2: (Define Stage)
- Utilize advanced sense‑making powered by sentiment‑analysis technology and multi‑persona mapping to deepen understanding of user experiences and system dynamics.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of user and operation journey maps and apply multi‑problem‑statement analysis to transform data patterns into strategically valuable innovation opportunities.

(4.4) Course Leaders and Facilitators: The course content is localized and curated by the management team of DesignThinkers Academy China (as shown below) and delivered by certified, experienced Design Thinking facilitators. The course facilitators will share practical insights and effective strategies for applying Design Thinking in innovation projects and organizational transformation. Through this case‑based learning approach, participants will be able to apply Design Thinking methods directly in their daily work.

(4.5) Certification and Recognition: Upon completion of the course and all related exercises, participants will be awarded a Digital Certificate for the “Design Thinking Training Course” and a Digital Badge, issued by the DesignThinkers Academy. All certificates are processed through a blockchain‑enabled global certification management system, ensuring their uniqueness, authenticity, and international recognition.
