Part 1: Course Overview

This course leverages AI-design thinking to transform the workplace by enhancing the overall employee experience. Participants will explore how artificial intelligence can be used to analyze and predict employee behaviors and needs.

At the same time, design thinking will guide the creation of innovative solutions to improve workplace environments, processes, and culture. The goal is to foster a more engaging, productive, and satisfying workplace that not only attracts top talent but also retains it through enhanced satisfaction and engagement.

This 3.5-hour workshop is a core part of the DesignThinkers Academy’s Global Curriculum for 2025. Each workshop is designed with three key components: Pre-class Learning from 13 self-paced videosIn-class Practice, and Post-class Execution with a one-hour online follow-up session. This structured approach ensures that you can immediately apply what you’ve learned, maximizing the effectiveness of your learning experience and driving actionable results.

Part 05: Your THREE Gains from ONE Workshop

Our Design Thinking Workshop Series is structured to maximize Learning, Practice, and Application of cutting-edge Design Thinking techniques. This workshop is designed to facilitate a deep understanding of how data-driven insights can be transformed into innovative solutions through the application of Design Thinking.

(1) Learning by Pre-Workshop Preparation

  • Self-Paced Learning: Participants will engage with 13 carefully selected learning videos featuring the Data-Driven Design Thinking Method. This preparatory phase includes analyzing six case studies showcasing both international and local success stories. This will equip participants with a foundational understanding of key concepts and strategies before the live session.

(2) Practice by Live Workshop Experience

  • Duration: 3.5 hours of intensive, interactive training.
  • Hands-On Practice: Participants will apply two advanced Design Thinking techniques using AI-powered tools designed to enhance creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Case Study Discussion: During the workshop, two in-depth case studies will be explored, providing participants with real-world applications of the techniques.

(3) Application Support by Post-Workshop Follow-Up

  • Follow-Up Session: One week after the workshop concludes, an online session will be held. This session will provide an opportunity for participants to receive personalized feedback and advice from our expert Design Thinking facilitators. The focus will be on improving the effectiveness of techniques applied within participants’ daily working environments.

  • Super Early Bird Discount: HK$ 1,250 (Settled the payment by 1 month before the class starts)
  • Early Bird Discount: HK$ 1,350 (Settled the payment by 2 weeks before class starts)

For Team Enrollment

  • When 2 participants enroll concurrently, they are eligible for a 10% discount on their combined course fees.
  • When 3 participants enroll concurrently, they are eligible for a 15% discount on their combined course fees.
  • When 4 or above participants enroll concurrently, they are eligible for a 20% discount on their combined course fees.
