[1] Event Background

As AI tools rapidly enter the workplace, many staff still rely on traditional ways of working for creativity, improvement, and innovation. While they may have heard about AI’s potential, they often lack safe, practical spaces to explore how AI can truly support them without replacing their professional judgment, values, and experience.

This event is designed as a human-centered, hands-on experience where participants learn to treat AI as a co-creator rather than a threat. By blending Human-Wisdom with AI capabilities, staff will discover how to improve the quality, speed, and variety of ideas in their daily work—while keeping people firmly in the lead.

[2] Event Purpose and Targeted Participants

[2.1] Purpose

Equipping staff with the mindset and confidence to embrace AI-enabled, Human-Wisdom approaches for creativity, continuous improvement, and innovation tasks—using AI as a partner that amplifies Human-Wisdom, not a replacement.

[2.2] Targeted Participants

Company staff who are still relying mainly on traditional methods for creativity, improvement, and innovation, and who now need support to confidently integrate AI-supported approaches into their day-to-day work.
