Part 1: Course Overview
This course explores the synergy between system thinking and AI-design thinking methodologies to create robust, sustainable business models. The training emphasizes the importance of integrating holistic and innovative approaches to address complex challenges in today’s dynamic business environments.
Participants will learn how to use system thinking to understand the interconnectedness of business functions and external factors and AI-design thinking to innovate and adapt rapidly to these insights. They will develop strategies that ensure business resilience and sustainability amid economic, social, and environmental shifts.
This 3.5-hour workshop is a core part of the DesignThinkers Academy’s Global Curriculum for 2025. Each workshop is designed with three key components: Pre-class Learning from 13 self-paced videos, In-class Practice, and Post-class Execution with a one-hour online follow-up session. This structured approach ensures that you can immediately apply what you’ve learned, maximizing the effectiveness of your learning experience and driving actionable results.

Part 05: Your THREE Gains from ONE Workshop
Our Design Thinking Workshop Series is structured to maximize Learning, Practice, and Application of cutting-edge Design Thinking techniques. This workshop is designed to facilitate a deep understanding of how data-driven insights can be transformed into innovative solutions through the application of Design Thinking.
(1) Learning by Pre-Workshop Preparation
- Self-Paced Learning: Participants will engage with 13 carefully selected learning videos featuring the Data-Driven Design Thinking Method. This preparatory phase includes analyzing six case studies showcasing both international and local success stories. This will equip participants with a foundational understanding of key concepts and strategies before the live session.
(2) Practice by Live Workshop Experience
- Duration: 3.5 hours of intensive, interactive training.
- Hands-On Practice: Participants will apply two advanced Design Thinking techniques using AI-powered tools designed to enhance creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Case Study Discussion: During the workshop, two in-depth case studies will be explored, providing participants with real-world applications of the techniques.
(3) Application Support by Post-Workshop Follow-Up
- Follow-Up Session: One week after the workshop concludes, an online session will be held. This session will provide an opportunity for participants to receive personalized feedback and advice from our expert Design Thinking facilitators. The focus will be on improving the effectiveness of techniques applied within participants’ daily working environments.

- When 2 participants enroll concurrently, they are eligible for a 10% discount on their combined course fees.
