How did Miami University use Design Thinking in the Social Media Marketing Class for getting measurable results from the Millennials?

Kristie Yeung shared that the teachers of Miami University, one of the top 50 public US universities had integrated the four stages of the Design Thinking; to discover the root cause with students.  They acknowledged the students’ experiences, redefine the teaching approach and course contents, and have delivered a more balanced program to meet the needs of students.

Resulting in the improvement of teaching style and formats meeting the deep desire of the students, this class has got 4.3 over 5 points of course satisfaction rating and 4.2 over 5 points content usefulness rating, and overall 8.2 out of 10 recommendation rating.
