After completing the AI Design Thinking Training [Details], your teams have developed an innovation mindset and the relevant skills. However, without a rigorous, always‑available execution framework, these capabilities are difficult to operationalize. They may erode over time, ultimately wasting the prior investment in training, manpower, time, and budget.
Innovation‑in‑Action services, through the following 5 exclusive arrangements, empower senior executives (including 8 core leaders) to mobilize the entire organization—everyone, anytime, anywhere, with full commitment—to address every business innovation challenge, while enabling innovation teams to systematically apply their learning across all aspects and touchpoints of daily operations.
- By seamlessly linking AI Design Thinking Training to Execution in the workplace, we ensure that acquired knowledge is effectively applied to real business challenges.
- Leverage Over 150 AI Design Thinking Agents to enable innovation teams to identify user needs with up to 90% accuracy and reduce the time required to complete business innovation initiatives by up to 95%.
- Leverage Virtual Innovation Spaces to enable innovation teams to operate AnyTime, AnyWhere, driving innovation initiatives around the clock with maximum agility.
- Empower AnyOne/Staff across the organization to actively engage in innovation initiatives, fostering a truly enterprise‑wide culture of innovation.
- Address AnyChallenge in the business innovation process through a tailored innovation execution framework and dedicated AI‑enabled business innovation tools.
By nominating at least 4 employees to enroll in and complete the designated Design Thinking certificate course, the company becomes eligible to subscribe to this service. Course graduates can lead up to 200 employees within the organisation and will then be able to access the five exclusive arrangements collectively outlined above.

Part 1: From “Traditional Follow-Up” to “Innovation-in-Action“

The Innovation‑in‑Action service is fundamentally different from traditional post‑training follow‑up arrangements (see Column 3, grey area), which typically emphasize course review and individual reflection and offer limited support for converting learning into business outcomes.
In contrast, the Innovation‑in‑Action service (see Column 2, blue area) applies a tailored innovation-execution framework, Virtual Innovation Spaces, and six AI Agents to directly link training content to real-world business projects and enable AnyOne/AnyStaff to participate in innovation anytime, anywhere.
