We are looking for passionate, experienced, and independent trainers and consultants to join our team full-time, project-based, or part-time. As a member of InnoEdge Consulting Group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Design Thinking and Innovation Management courses and projects, empowering business leaders and industry pioneers with the capabilities to develop innovative products, services, and disruptive business models.
You will work closely with our clients to design and implement programs that foster innovation, drive organizational transformation, and create impactful changes in their industries. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a team that values creativity, expertise, and meaningful change.

What We’re Looking For
Principal Consultant (or Course Leader)
- At least two advanced professional qualifications in Design Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., certifications, accreditations, or equivalent credentials). A master’s degree or higher in a related field is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in corporate training, consulting, or innovation management, with a proven ability to design and lead multi-disciplinary, large-scale, and high-impact projects.
- Strong expertise in Design Thinking methodologies, Innovation Management frameworks, and other advanced strategic tools, with the ability to apply them across diverse industries.
- Exceptional leadership and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members. Ability to independently develop, lead, and oversee consulting or training strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and measurable results.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing consulting teams, fostering knowledge transfer, and maintaining high-quality project execution.
- Recognized thought leadership in innovation, with contributions to the field through publications, keynote speaking, or executive-level training programs.
Senior Project Consultant (or Senior Trainer)
- At least two advanced professional qualifications in Design Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., certifications, accreditations, or equivalent credentials).
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in corporate training, consulting, or innovation management, with a proven ability to lead and deliver high-impact projects independently.
- Strong expertise in applying Design Thinking methodologies, Innovation Management frameworks, and other strategic tools across various industries. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to independently design, lead, and deliver high-impact workshops, training sessions, and consulting engagements. Demonstrated thought leadership in innovation or related fields (e.g., publications, keynote speaking, etc.).
Project Consultant (or Course Trainer)
- At least one professional qualification in Design Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., certifications, accreditations, or equivalent credentials).
- Solid experience (3–5 years) in corporate training, consulting, or innovation management, with the ability to deliver projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to independently deliver engaging and practical workshops, training sessions, and project consultations. Passionate about co-creative and human-centered innovation.
Associate Project Consultant (or Assistant Trainer)
- At least one professional qualification in Design Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., certifications, accreditations, or equivalent credentials).
- Foundational experience (2+ years) in corporate training, consulting, or innovation management, with exposure to supporting and assisting in projects or workshops.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to assist in delivering workshops, training sessions, and project consultations under senior guidance.
- Ability to assist in delivering engaging and practical workshops with support from senior team members. Passionate about co-creative and human-centered innovation.
