DesignThinkers Academy China is pleased to announce that DesignThinkers Academy Asia has inaugurated its new regional hub office in Singapore in July 2026. Strategically located at Riverside Point, 30 Merchant Road, within one of the city’s premium business districts, the new facility underscores our commitment to serving clients across the Asia region.
The regional hub comprises three fully equipped classrooms and a dedicated pantry, offering an optimal environment for executive learning, professional training, and co-creation. This expansion strengthens our capability to deliver high-impact, design-driven transformation programs and to support our partners and clients with an enhanced, world-class learning experience.
On 31 July 2026, Mr. David Chung, Dean of DesignThinkers Academy China, visited the new Singapore office. To commemorate this milestone and express his appreciation, Mr. Chung presented the office with a meaningful gift: a small bronze statue of Confucius. Confucius, widely regarded as one of the greatest scholars and educators in the Chinese cultural tradition, symbolizes wisdom, learning, and a deep commitment to education.
The gift was formally received by Mr. Daryl Lim, Dean of DesignThinkers Academy Asia, together with Mr. Wayne Ho. The Confucius statue stands as a powerful symbol of the shared aspiration between DesignThinkers Academy China and DesignThinkers Academy Asia: to bring Design Thinking to as many people as possible across Asia, and to nurture a culture of empathy, creativity, and human-centered innovation throughout the region.
As the Asia Hub of DesignThinkers Academy, the Singapore office will serve and support countries across the region, including Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia. From this central location, DesignThinkers Academy Asia will further strengthen its ability to deliver high-impact Design Thinking programs and innovation initiatives to organizations and professionals throughout Asia.
