We are one of the market leaders in Design Thinking in Hong Kong. The Business Discipline of Vocational Training Council (VTC) invited us to publish our Five Design Thinking projects in their Design Thinking Business Casebook 2022.
We collaborated with a major public transportation company in China to enhance the passenger experience for specific groups, including pregnant women and environmentalists. Following the implementation of these prioritized ideas, we anticipate an emotional impact improvement of over 50% on the passenger experience.
