InnoEdge Design Thinking team, Mr. David Chung, Ms. Tiffany Liu, Mr. Simon Lee, Mr. Paul Lee, and Ms. Yan Choi, was invited by the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Kwun Tong) of Vocational Training Council and Urban Renewal Authority (URA) to conduct the pilot project of Yue Man Hawker Bazaar (YMHB) Business Transformation.
The first session was conducted on 28 March 2022 and the duration of the project is 6 months. Our four coaches will lead 4 teams of students to discover the root causes of the business challenges, define the turning point of current tough situations, develop multi-dimensional solutions to overcome the impact of the pandemic crisis, and deliver the action plan for enhancing the performance of selected hawkers.
