The joint webinar of Win-Back Lost Customers and Grow Your Business in 2023 was conducted on 11 January 2023. The webinar was co-hosted by  GS1 Hong Kong, IXL Center – Center for Innovation, Excellence and Leadership, Hong Kong Internet & Ecommerce Association (HKIECA), and InnoEdge Consulting for promoting the internationally recognized 3-Step digital transformation model to Hong Kong enterprises.
