Whether searching for a resolution strategy for a particular problem or seeking execution tools for an innovative project, the ‘Execution Techniques and Tools Center can provide comprehensive support for you. Each tool has detailed instructions and worksheets, helping you understand and apply them quickly.
We provide the standard versions of the tools. Still, we understand that for different problems or innovative projects, innovation teams may need to make bespoke adjustments to the standard tools to maximize their effectiveness. Therefore, we encourage you to make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation while following the basic framework.
