We successfully guided an airline in launching the world’s first service tailored specifically for musician passengers, achieving a near-perfect customer satisfaction rate for this innovative offering. Additionally, their passenger growth rate significantly exceeded the industry average of 7.5%. This successful project was documented in the international management journal Performance Improvement on September 14, 2018.
